But there’s more! After the film, a leading psychologist from Balanced Quartet will be running a short workshop to unpack the movie’s themes and explore their connection to mental health. It’s a great opportunity to reflect on the importance of mental health awareness during Mental Health Week.

Lucky Door Prizes & Goodie Bags!

When you attend, you’ll be in the running to win some exciting lucky door prizes (including our gift voucher) and take home a fantastic goodie bag that has our very own bamboo toothbrushes! These goodie bags will be packed with wonderful treats from local businesses to help you unwind and recharge.

Proceeds to Lifeline Brisbane

All additional proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Lifeline Brisbane, a crucial service for those struggling with mental health challenges. By attending, you’ll be contributing to a cause that makes a real difference in the lives of people in need.
