In Queensland, dental practices are currently operating under level 1 restrictions. This means that we can provide our full range of services, provided that our patients meet the criteria for being ‘low risk’ of having contracted/being exposed to COVID-19.
Please phone us on 3846 2002 to reschedule your appointment to a later date if:
- You have been in contact with a suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19
- You are experiencing respiratory symptoms (i.e sore throat, cough) or a fever?
- You have been overseas, Victoria, New South Wales, or the ACT or any other declared ‘hotspots’ in the last 14 days.
- You are awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test, or have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine.
We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible or bring minimal accompanying persons. At times, we may call ahead to invite you to wait in your car to ensure adequate social distancing.
Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you practice social distancing in common areas. Use the hand sanitiser available to practice hand hygiene.
Before your procedure, we kindly ask that you perform a quick 30 seconds antimicrobial mouth rinse.
